Swami Ram Dev Ji

Swami Ramdev Ji was born on 25 December in a Hindu family in 1965 to Ram Niwas Yadav and Gulabav Devi at Saiyad Pur village of Mahendragarh district, Haryana; Both of his parents were farmers. Swami Ramdev Ji founded the Divya Yog Mandir Trust in 1995. In 2003, Aastha TV began featuring him in its morning yoga slot. There he proved to be telegenic and gained a large following. A large number of people, including celebrities from India and abroad, attended his Yoga camps. Over a twenty-year career, he became the face of Patanjali Ayurved, a company that he founded with his colleague (Acharya) Balkrishna. Patanjali went on to become one of the highest grossing FMCG's in India.

Acharya Balkrishan Ji

In 1995, Acharya Balkrishn Ji and Swami Ramdev Ji founded Divya Yoga Pharmacy in Haridwar, and in 2006, they founded Patanjali Ayurved, an FMCG company involved in the manufacturing and trading of FMCG, herbal, and ayurvedic products. According to Acharya Balkrishn Ji, he had taken out a ₹50–60 crore loan at a time when he had never held a personal bank account in his name. While Ramdev does not hold a stake in Patanjali Ayurved, he is the face of the firm and endorses its products to his followers across his yoga camps and television programmes. Acharya Balkrishn Ji owns 98.6% of the company and serves as its managing director.

Ram Bharat Ji

Ram Bharat Ji has worked his way up the organisation and today teams of several functions including finance, human resource, production and supply chain. Ram Bharat Ji handles the daily operations and manages most of the running around, and is actually the backend of the company while Swami Ramdev Ji and Acharya Balkrishan Ji strategise on the company’s growth vision. Ram Bharat Ji played a crucial role in helping Patanjali more than double its revenues year on year to Rs 5,000 crore in 2015-16. He is an extremely accessible person and spends an entire day with quality checks across systems. Ramdev and Balkrishna are also busy working on an ambitious ecommerce project for the brand
