Patanjali Ayurved Limited (Monocarton Unit) cartons and offset printing division has the capacity for producing 600 million cartons a year, and is a major contributor to the Company’s product portfolio. Its Folding Carton plant is housed in a state-of-the-art pharma-grade printing facility, which manufactures Folding Cartons, Leaflets, Liners, Inserts, Food, Cosmetics and Perfumery industries with high quality.

The plant is equipped with numerous cutting-edge machines and tools from renowned brands such as Heidelberg, Bobst, and ESKO. The plant is also equipped with Kongsberg XL Sample makers (equipped to cater to customer requirements as per ECMA and FIFCO standards) for accurate cutting and creasing of instant dummies, entire digital workflow from ESKO and multiple CAD-based designing software systems for computer aided structural pack design, high end. Patanjali Mono Carton plant is equiped with latest quality testing equipment and control processes such as Rub Resistance Tester, COBB Tester, Peel Strength tester, Compression Tester, Gloss meter, Oven, Gretag Spectrometer color control system and HHS Quality System for on line QC to ensure defect free quality.

Patanjali Ayurved Limited (Monocarton Unit) manufacturing site spreaded over 15,000 Sq. meters at Padartha, Haridwar in state of Uttarakhand, Situated 250 km from Delhi with state of the art equipment like top end high speed multi-colour presses from Heidelberg 6 Colour Con & Heidelberg 7 Colour UV Printing m/c. State of art Die cutting machines from Bobst with Auto blanking capabilities. High speed & accurate folding & gluing machines from Bobst capable of working with various complex folding profiles. High precision cutting machines with electronic control & jogger facility.

We have setup an ink management system based on world famous Pantone standard. This system allows us to mix and match inks from a set of base colors thereby not only reducing inventory but also providing inks of the desired shade consistently.
